This Couple Eloped at a Courthouse in Northern England, and the Bride's Dress Is Everything
As many couples struggled with their wedding plans in 2020, so did Valerie and James. Their original idea was to get married in London, but as COVID-19 restrictions hit, they decided to head north to Coventry, England, and get eloped instead. The couple spent the day by themselves and tied the knot at the Coventry register office. The bride wore a beautiful lace dress with flowy sleeves and a decorative headpiece, while the groom wore a blue suit. After their elopement, the two threw on their winter accessories and drove to Oxford for a small dinner. While the day wasn't exactly what they had in mind, it's one they'll always remember.
