When you think of doing a serious shoulder-burning workout, do you immediately think of grabbing a pair of heavy dumbbells? Trainer and health coach Lita Lewis shows that you don't need to necessarily lift heavy weights to strengthen your shoulders.
In the Instagram video above, Lewis shows us how to work our shoulders with just one set of five-pound weights. She suggests doing 15-20 reps of each exercise, and three sets total. Some of the moves she shows are lateral dumbbell raise, dumbbell curl to shoulder press, and front raise.
