When it comes to curating my workout playlist, I'm all about finding upbeat songs that get me excited about being on my feet. It's no surprise, then, that I have been adding tons of K-Pop – and specifically BTS – songs to my rotation. The South Korean boyband is known for nailing impressive choreography, so all of their songs have a killer dance beat.
Fitness YouTuber Teagan Dixon must feel the same way, because she kicked off her two-week Fitmas Challenge with a BTS dance workout video. The 17-minute workout features a medley of six of the group's most popular songs — "DNA," "Dynamite," "MIC Drop," "IDOL," "Boy With Luv," and "Life Goes On."
Dixon's choreography is energetic and easy to follow, consisting of jumping jacks, toe touches, and more. Check out the full workout above, and pretty soon you'll feel like you're starring in a BTS music video.
