Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 pineapple
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cucumber
    1 tablespoon flaxmeal
    1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (Vega Sport Performance, 20 grams)
    10 raw almonds
    1/4 teaspoon ginger (fresh or ground)
    1 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
