We're almost a year into staying at home, and finding new ways to keep the family active is no easy feat. Luckily, trainer Val Solomon and her son Hawkins created this 10-minute workout that will have the entire family feeling good. It's a fun beginner's workout that will encourage your kids to get moving, or even help adults build some strength training into their routines.
Val starts off with dynamic stretches before guiding Hawkins through three strength exercises: squats, deadlifts, and chest presses. They slowly incorporate dumbbells and reps into the movements to build endurance safely.
